Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your sustainable staples, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address immediately.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
